Fusion, a boutique cross-training gym, developed a loyal client base by offering group classes, personal training, meditation and nutrition instruction. Fusion strived to make the business more than just a gym; they wanted to build an online health and fitness community. Fusion wanted to interact and engage with this community, to have constant communication and dialogue, and to keep members updated on health and fitness news and issues. As Fusion expanded into multiple locations, they wanted to develop the proper online resources and infrastructure to help nurture their multi-state growth.

ChatterBlast Media (CBM) helped launch Fusion’s social media initiative, grew their community and gave Fusion a promotional and marketing channel more powerful than any of their local competitors. CBM consulted on a long-term online strategy, helped develop a revolutionary ‘online boot camp,’ and supported Fusion’s internal efforts with social media management and content development. Utilizing a variety of online platforms – from Facebook to YouTube - to nurture Fusion’s interaction with clients drew new attention to their services and programs. Strengthening community connections made client development and retention a much easier task.

By coordinating and managing daily online efforts with the gym’s fitness enthusiasts, CBM increased awareness, client engagement and created a viable platform for information exchange. The result is a productive and efficient communication system which is especially helpful for managing two locations.
