Step 1 – Assessment

We begin by assessing your existing online marketing, public/media relations and social media efforts. We want to know your messaging, assets, history, customers and culture. A review of the competition and the industry is also taken into consideration. We analyze a comprehensive variety of issues including:

  • Demographics of the constituent base
  • Current and past marketing, public/media relations and social media efforts
  • Industry standards, best practices and emerging trends
  • Competitive analysis of peers and competition to determine their successes and challenges
  • Industry, corporate and human resource policies on social media (if applicable)

Step 2 – Strategy

After the Assessment, we develop a comprehensive engagement plan using all of the many tools at our disposal, including, but not limited to:

  • Social media community creation and engagement (using all available platforms)
  • Content creation (blog, editorial, photo, video)
  • Advertising (traditional, online, hyper-targeted)
  • Digital and traditional communications (Web sites, email marketing, direct mail, collateral)
  • Media and public relations
  • Special event creation and management

Step 3 – Execution

As soon as our strategy is approved, ChatterBlast team members begin the process of building the appropriate foundations for the project and begin executing the plan. Our strategy is designed to be initiated by ChatterBlast, but ongoing execution and maintenance can be passed on to internal client resources with the appropriate planning and training.

Measurement

Throughout the entire process, we carefully measure, monitor and make changes to ensure effective results. We deliver regular reports, meet to discuss successes/challenges and course correct when necessary. In the online world, things can change quickly. We keep abreast of developments and communicate this clearly to our clients. We know that measuring success and producing bottom line results is important – and we take this into consideration at every step of the program.
